With a degree in Communication Design, Catarina founded Side Exclusive Pieces from a desire to create something personal and meaningful.

She had never touched a sewing machine until 2017, the year she decided to make her first bikini from an old pair of jeans. What began as a spontaneous idea quickly became a passion and, soon after, a brand that celebrates individuality and craftsmanship.

Catarina now leads every step of the process, from sketching and pattern-making to selecting fabrics and sewing prototypes. Her creative vision combines feminine elegance, bold design, and meticulous attention to detail, shaping the essence of what Side Exclusive Pieces has become today: a celebration of artistry, authenticity, and timeless design.
