Do you offer custom-made or personalized pieces?

Yes, we do. If you would like a custom design or a small adjustment to an existing piece, please email us at geral@side.com.pt with your request.

Please note that personalized or custom-made pieces are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items, but we are always happy to assist you in choosing the right size.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet gone into production, we can make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at geral@side.com.pt.

Once production has started, we are unable to make changes.

What size am I?

We offer a personalised size recommendation service. If you are unsure, send us your bust, waist and hip measurements, along with your height, and we’ll gladly help you choose the best size for you.

What is Klarna?

Klarna allows you to shop now and split your payment into interest-free instalments. Availability depends on your country.

What currency is used on the website?

Our prices are listed in EUR (€) by default, but you can select your preferred currency at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are handmade to order. Production time may vary based on the item, but we work to ship as soon as possible. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method chosen:

• Portugal (CTT) – 1 to 2 business days

• European Union (DHL Express) – 1 to 2 business days

• European Union (CTT) – approx. 7 business days

• Rest of the World (DHL Express) – 3 to 5 business days

Are duties and taxes included at checkout?

Duties and taxes are included for EU orders.

For non-EU countries, import duties and local taxes may apply upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.

If an item is out of stock, can I be notified when it returns?

Yes. You can join the waitlist on the product page to be notified if it comes back.

Where are your products made?

Every item is designed and handcrafted by us in our family atelier in Portugal, using high-quality and carefully selected materials.

Do you have a physical store?

No. We do not have a physical store. All pieces are handmade in our private family atelier in Portugal.
